Delivery & Dispatch Policy
Card Orders:Orders placed through card payment are dispatched on the next working day.
Bank Transfer Orders:Orders placed through bank transfer are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days through our courier service.
Nationwide Orders:Orders placed for Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, and Peshawar are dispatched as Nationwide orders.
Order Transfer:Nationwide orders cannot be transferred or converted into Local orders.
Refunds:Refunds or transfers from Nationwide orders to Local orders are not possible.
Customers are requested to select the appropriate order/delivery category at the time of placing their order.

Our cookies contain dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, walnuts, peanuts, and hazelnuts, and all of these ingredients are processed in shared equipment. So if you have allergies to any of these ingredients, please avoid them because currently, we are not an allergy-free cookie bakery.
You can store the cookies in an airtight jar and enjoy them for up to 10 days. For the best experience, warm the cookies in a microwave for a minute or less or until the cookies become gooey and then eat them.
Dispatch time
- Orders placed on Saturdays and on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.
- Bank transfer orders are dispatched 1-2 days after the payment screenshot is received.
- All credit/debit card orders are processed and dispatched the next working day.
- For orders with address issues, dispatch occurs the day after the address is verified.
Delivery time
- Delivery takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on the city and region
- No deliveries or dispatches occur on Sundays.
If any issue comes up or the recipient is not home the courier will make a reattempt to deliver the package and our team will contact you to obtain the correct address. If there is no response from the customer within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Therefore, please make sure the shipping address is accurate and someone is available to receive the order.
